We understand that you need to feel confident in the people and services that you or a loved one receives in the home. That's why our nurses, therapists and home health aides have extensive training to ensure consistent and exceptional care with compassion and understanding.
Prior to beginning services, your doctor or discharge planner will give you specific care instructions. You will then receive a phone call from one of our representatives at which time we will ask some questions about your home care health needs and schedule your first home visit.
Your home care clinician will be in direct communication with your doctor, and he or she will coordinate all of your health care needs with that doctor.
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Auto and Workers Comp and most major medical insurance providers. One of our representatives will provide information about your coverage and any co-pays prior to beginning service.
We offer hourly and visit rates for home health aides as well as registered nurses. We accept credit cards and insurance plans, when applicable. Simply call our toll- free number and one of our customer representatives will be happy to assist you.
The length of time varies based on your medical condition, and every patient is different. The frequency of your home care visits and the duration of care are dependent on your needs.
Your individual service hours are scheduled by our full-time scheduling team, which also serves as your point of contact for any scheduling changes or cancellations that may occur.
Each caregiver is trained to follow the care plan developed specifically for you by a registered nurse supervisor and your physician. If there is time available after your scheduled activities, home health aides can assist you with any additional activities.
Penny and Patricia share their story of a relationship built on trust and communication between patient and nurse.
