Art of Giving Society

Members of the Art of Giving Society help ensure that Spectrum Health and Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital will be able to develop and sustain vital services and programs to meet current and future health care needs. Through their generosity, a lasting impact will be made on our patients, families, staff, and communities, providing a foundation for excellence for years to come.

Recognition

Recognition in the Art of Giving Society is immediate upon our notification that you have named the Foundation as beneficiary of your charitable estate planning.

One of the ways to provide notice of a planned gift is to complete our gift declaration form. You can also view a printable version of our gift declaration form, here.

Donors who have established a named endowed fund are also recognized in the Art of Giving Society. If you are interested in learning more about endowment support, please contact our planned giving team.

Art of Giving Society members receive an invitation to our annual Celebration of Philanthropy, updates from the Foundation, as well as invitations to various Foundation events.
