Join the Spectrum Health at Home team and help serve our patients as a Home Care License Practical Nurse (LPN). LPNs have a critical role in healthcare aiding physicians and registered nurses in caring for patient of all ages. Spectrum Health at Home LPN responsibilities may include:
- Monitoring patients
- Taking patient vital signs and histories
- Checking vital signs (e.g. blood pressure)
- Healthcare education
- Lab work
- Wound care
- Medication Reconciliation
- Listening to patients’ concerns and reporting back to RNs and doctors
- Ensuring patients are comfortable
