Sponsorship Request

Thank you for your interest in sponsorship/funding through Corewell Health. Our 2024 funding request window has now closed. Please submit your request form by November 1, 2024, to be considered for Quarter 1 (January to March 2025) requests. Notification will be in mid January 2025.

• Requests must support organizations that reside in Michigan and support communities across the state of Michigan.
• 501(c)(3) registered organizations are typically given preference.
• Requests that support programs related to health equity and initiatives addressing community health/wellness which will help build healthier communities and provide equitable care to all. (Meeting criteria does not guarantee funding.)

Corewell Health generally does not fund:

• Capital campaigns
• Community sports teams
• Employee social gatherings
• Family or individual emergency relief
• Individual or team fundraising
• Individual school, PTO, foundation or athletic/band/activity boosters
• Initiative or organization that would have Corewell Health as sole funder
• Multi-year pledges
• Political causes or candidates
• Religious or fraternal organizations

• Organizations should submit their request in the review cycle prior to when they need a decision.
• We are unable to consider sponsorship requests with late applications.
• Due to a high volume of submissions, meeting the funding submission deadline does not guarantee Corewell Health’s commitment to your request.
